How to Integrate Meditation into Your Teachings

Not all yoga teachers offer meditations in their classes. I’ll show you how and why I offer guided meditations to my students, what you can do to feel comfortable and confident to lead your own meditation class, and why this is the most important step you can take to deepen your practice and add so much value and transformation to people who attend your classes.

Find you how you can add meditations to your sequence (before or after) and have your students leave your class’s blissed out with a newfound sense of peace and tranquility.
