Diana Azavedo developed an interest in Yoga while growing up in India, under the guidance of her mother, who was a spiritual teacher and yoga master. Having been raised in such an environment, Diana chose to pursue yoga as her life path. She nurtured this sense of enjoyment towards the physical practice and gravitated naturally to the more subtle aspects of Yoga. Diana completed several RYT 200 & 300 hour Yoga teacher training in Hatha Yoga styles. Some of these to include Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga. Diana has spent many years teaching Yoga at one of Dubai’s top Yoga studios.Her passion for travel and love for meeting people of different backgrounds prompted her to host worldwide Yoga teacher training courses. She brings a wealth of knowledge from her background in the ancient tradition of yoga. She was endowed with Yoga Siromani by the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center, Kerala, India.

Dubai is well known for its biggest, largest and tallest man-made structures. Floor number 124 is the highest observatory level in the world’s tallest tower called the Burj Khalifa. The experience of teaching and practicing Yoga in this location was one absolutely unconventional and definitely memorable.
