How to Confidently Teach Beginners without Injuring Them

Teaching yoga to beginners is a huge challenge and responsibility. It can be especially frightening to a brand-new teacher, or to some teachers who have never taught to a big group of students. In this session we’ll discuss proven techniques on how to conquer the fear of teaching beginners and how to confidently run an injury free rewarding class for students of all skills levels. I will share the experience where I have taught for many years internationally, including regular classes, workshops, retreats and training courses.
